This initiative will provide safe, structured alternatives, helping young people stay on the right track while preparing them for long-term success. The program will connect teens to real job skills, financial readiness, and supportive adult guidance, building confidence and strong career pathways for their future

The EFAN Youth Workforce Initiative is a future program designed to create safe, structured, and high-earning opportunities for young people across Cincinnati. Our mission is to provide real alternatives to street hustles, selling water at intersections, or falling into unsafe activities.
This program is not active yet — but it is part of EFAN’s long-term plan to uplift and empower the next generation.
Our Vision for Cincinnati’s Youth
EFAN is committed to shaping a future where every young person has access to:
- Safe and legal ways to earn money
- Real job training that leads to long-term employment
