Youth Workforce Initiative (Coming 2026)

Building Future Pathways for Cincinnati Youth

The EFAN Youth Workforce Initiative is a future program designed to create safe, structured, and high-earning opportunities for young people across Cincinnati. Our mission is to provide real alternatives to street hustles, selling water at intersections, or falling into unsafe activities.

This program is not active yet — but it is part of EFAN’s long-term plan to uplift and empower the next generation.

Our Vision for Cincinnati’s Youth

EFAN is committed to shaping a future where every young person has access to:

  • Safe and legal ways to earn money

  • Real job training that leads to long-term employment

  • Financial literacy skills that build confidence and stability

  • Mentorship from business leaders and positive role models

  • Access to transportation and work opportunities

  • A clear pathway into EFAN’s adult workforce programs

This initiative will create a structured environment where youth can grow, earn, and develop real career skills.

Why This Program Is Needed

Across Cincinnati, many young men and women want to work — they simply need a safe system, guidance, and opportunity. EFAN plans to:

  1. Reduce youth involvement in unsafe street activities
  2. Provide consistent earning opportunities
  3. Build confidence and work habits
  4. Teach responsibility and financial independence
  5. Strengthen neighborhoods by offering real alternatives
  6. Prepare youth for adult employment pipelines

This is community transformation through economic empowerment.
